About this gym

Health Hydro, operated by Better, offers a range of health and fitness activities within a grand Victorian building in the centre of Swindon. Whether you are working up a sweat in the fitness suite, taking a splash in the pool or relaxing in the Turkish Bath there is something for everyone at Health Hydro. The fitness suite is equipped with state of the art Technogym equipment including cardio machines, as well as a full cardio suite you can add strength training to your workout with the full range of free weights are also available. Looking to add something new to your workout? Choose from one of the two swimming pools, with the smaller pool great for leisure and families and the larger pool great for lane swimming. If swimming isn't for you then you can choose from a weekly program of group exercise classes including Yoga and Body Conditioning. Relax your muscles and unwind after a tough day in the steam room and sauna. Please note these activities will incur additional costs and booking may be required. How to find us: Health Hydro, on Milton Road, just behind Brunel Centre is located in Swindon city centre. The nearest train station is Swindon with First Great Western trains passing through. You can get here by bus 1 (Fleming Way - Middleleaze), 8 (Wroughton - Freshbrook) and 19 (Fleming Way - Sparcells), all of which stop on Farnsby Street just around the corner from the club. Unfortunately parking is not available on site at Health Hydro.
