About this gym

Sprintz is a family run club that has been established for over 25 years, perfecting in health, fitness and racquet sports. Their main aim has always been to provide excellent service to their customers and improve their health and wellbeing through exercise, sports, socialising and relaxation. THE MAIN GYM at Sprintz is divided into Cardio, Resistance and Free Weights areas. The Cardio area has a range of CV equipment, including Life Fitness treadmills, upright and recumblent bikes and cross-trainers. Concept II rowing machines and several stepping machines are also available. The Resistance area has many different multi exercise machines, such as cable cross-overs, lat pull down, seated row, bicep curls, tricep extension, leg curl and extension and many more. The Free Weights area has dumbbells ranging from 5kg to 50kg, along with various Olympic bars and smith machines. At Sprintz they know that some women may feel uncomfortable about training in the presence of men. This is why they have provided a LADIES ONLY FITNESS SUITE that has its very own Cardio, Resistance and Free Weights areas. A LADIES ONLY SAUNA is also available. There are also two glass back SQUASH COURTS that are fully heated in the colder months. The option for the courts to be made more private is available upon request. The courts are run from 9am until 9pm on weekdays and 10am until 5pm on weekends. The courts are booked in 40 minute intervals which gives you plenty of time to work up a sweat. Come to the family-friendly Sprintz for a varied workout! You'll find the atmosphere welcoming and motivating. The helpful Sprintz team will be happy to show you around, assist with any unfamiliar equipment or give advice on how to best achieve your fitness results and have fun while doing it.
